Not happy that my dog I just rescued from Oconto Area Humane Society was not tested for heartworm during her quick "free" 10 min checkup & luckily the Oconto Vet caught it so we can treat her & hopefully caught it in early stages to save her life. She was abandoned & a stray so why is this not being checked immediately? Praying we can save her as she's become part of our family in just 10 days very much attached to her.
