In response to Samuel we are very sorry you feel this way about the repair we did for your Dad. As always we stand behind everything that we do for thirty day's, if in infact he was not satisfied he could have bought it back in for evaluation. If it was in the thirty day warranty period and it was something that we had worked on it would have been taken care of at no cost to him. So there is no misunderstanding I looked back thru his repair file and noted the dates on all the repairs done for him, I do recall the last repair on the trimmer and it was not (a short while later) it was almost two years later and yes the carb was cooked out, cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets, diaphragm and spark plug. If anyone reading this really has any questions about the timetable and what was done I will gladly show them the repair file. When I did his first repair on a chainsaw he brought to me because another reputable dealer-as you put it, told him he needed a new piston and cylinder when in fact the ring was just stuck. I saved him a bunch of money he was very happy!, and continued to bring me repairs for the next four years. I never questioned anyones ability as far as being mechanical or anything else. I try to inform customers of how bad gasoline has become not only regular with ethanol but also premium with-out ethanol, yes premium is better because it doesn't have the moisture absobing ethanol in it and it has at least 91 octane for the small engines, however it doesn't last any longer being oxygenated, all the addatives are just a bandaid, they do help but short term. As far as having the nerve to say the (carburetor needed rebuilding again) well it was almost two years later and it did have old gas in it. It may have been premium but it was old and to do the job right you take it apart, cook it out and put new diaphragms in it, clean the fuel system, put it back together and test run it. If it is not cooked or cleaned you will take it apart and do it again. We don't have the extra time to do things twice so it is done right the first time!

Shady operator. Brought a chainsaw in which was under warranty. Only after it was examined for problems did I find out about the $25 examination fee. Terribly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
